Being German I stayed of course faithful to German products. Therefore my first epilator was a Braun. It had cost me 35 DM, which was at the time about 55 CAD (incl. tax) and lasted about 6 years. If you have read my previous posts you know that I use epilators on a regular basis. So it wasn’t a machine which lied lazily in the closet.

 Now in 2010 Braun has developed the product a lot. You can choose between three models in North Amercia, even more in Europe.

 The Silk-epil Xelle, recommended for first time users. Removes even super short hair very gentle.

 Silk-epil Xpressive, excellent when you are on the road. This Epilator is rechargeable and can even be washed under running water.

 The Silk-epil SoftPerfection, is the queen among the epilators. You can use it for extra close epilation and catches even the shortest hair.
